Arles Lesmana is a stage manager and molecular biologist based in the Netherlands.
In the 2025/2026 season he serves as stage manager for Reveille Productions' inaugural production of The Shape of Things, directed by Anne den Bandt.

Lesmana holds an MSc from Leiden University and developed an early interest in performing arts through dance and stage performance. He later transitioned into backstage work and currently serves also as a stage manager with English Theatre Utrecht, where he has overseen three productions.
His work is a testament to the idea that it is never too late to pursue a creative passion.
